I’m looking for feedback on the cover for a new collection of science fiction stories.

What do folks think?
I’ve been meaning to get this collection up forever, but I’ve allowed myself to be distracted by various other projects for too long. This time, I’m determined to get it up by the end of the year!

I would pick this book up if I were browsing at a ‘real’ bookstore. On Amazon? It’s still a keeper. Nice cover. I hope you finish before 2013 starts! Beth
I’m with you Beth. I particularly like the colours. Looking forward to getting my copy when new year arrives.
Thanks, Maragaret.
We made some very minor changes, but the book has now been uploaded to Amazon. I will try to make it available elsewhere in the next few days.
Wonderful – whispernetting to my hot little kindle right now, thank you.
Ah, so you are my first sale! Thank you, Margaret. I hope you enjoy the stories.
Oh that’s exciting
They’re next on the list, thank you
Thanks, Beth! I just uploaded to Amazon and should be able to announce tomorrow.
I think that’s a really nice cover!
Thanks, Jez!
Waaaaay cool cover! … excellent balance of light and dark shades … looks great as a thumbnail too. The subtitle does disappear a bit at that size though … can’t wait to read it!
Thanks so much, Widdershins! One of the stories in particular should be right up your alley. *g*
Thank you Ruth for using my image as background and for giving me credit inside your book! I appreciate that!

Thank *you* for the lovely art, Yvonne, and for making it available on Shutterstock! I’ve gotten quite a few compliments on the cover, and I owe them all to you.
